Synopsis

The tools and resources used in developing this model were in-depth interviews with experts on the subject, measurable human resource indicators, focus groups, direct and indirect observations, analysis of documents and educational resources; all with the aim of creating greater team commitment and motivating workers, which in turn leads to better individual and collective performance, establishing greater capacity for innovation and creativity to create in individuals the ability to adapt to change, resulting in a culture of continuous and consolidated learning.
The collaboration of my work team should be highlighted in its construction: the students of the University of Panama, belonging to the Human Resources degree program of the day shift at the Regional University Center of San Miguelito, from whom invaluable results were obtained. Thanks to this, it was possible to delve deeper into the subject, clarify complex concepts, and generate creative ideas for the development of the model, a critical way of thinking, enthusiasm for new learning, and an abysmal desire to continue exploring new knowledge.
