The submitted texts (manuscripts) will undergo a double evaluation process: editorial evaluation and content evaluation.
Step 1: Editorial evaluation: the editorial committee will evaluate the editorial criteria of the manuscript (book categories, authorship requirements, sections of the work, format of tables, images, citation style format).
Step 2: If the manuscript meets the editorial criteria, it will undergo a content evaluation or refereeing process; otherwise, it will be returned to the author.
Step 3: The evaluation of content or arbitration will be carried out by a system of peers or evaluators, who are experts in the area of knowledge of the work, in addition, they meet an academic and scientific profile to issue an opinion on the originality, academic and scientific quality of the text.
Step 4: If both evaluations are favourable (approved as is or approved with minor corrections), the author will be notified of the results. If there are differences in the opinion, the editorial board will request a third opinion defining the status of the text. With two negative opinions, the author will be notified of the results, expressing the rejection of the text and suggestions for possible compliance with the conditions.
Step 5: If the manuscript requires minor corrections, the author will be notified of the results of the evaluation and will be given a deadline for the delivery of the adjustments, determined by the publisher. This deadline may vary according to the number of corrections required.
Step 6: If the manuscript is accepted, the author will be notified of the decision and the editorial production process will continue.
